Hi Everyone

Here are our picks of the best new music from the past seven days:

All Tvvins feat. James Vincent McMorrow – Alone Together

All Tvvins’ debut album IIVV was chock-full of great songs, and this newie continues the trend.  James Vincent McMorrow will always add an extra touch of class to any track, and this is wonderful

Death From Above  – Freeze Me

Ah bless, they got a Casio keyboard for Christmas and they use it at the start of this new song.  It soon gives way to massive riffage though, so have no fear.  They’ve also switched back to their original name, dropping the ‘1979’.  New album on the way we hope!

Manchester Orchestra – The Gold

Mmmm, cinematic. This is the first taster from the band’s fifth album, A Black Mile To The Surface, out July 28th

New Album Of The Week
Lindsey Buckingham & Christine McVie – Buckingham McVie

Probably the closest we’re going to get to a new Fleetwood Mac album anytime soon.  Lindsey and Christine began writing songs for a new Mac album, but then Stevie Nicks decided she hadn’t time to commit, so they’ve released it as a duo.  Mick Fleetwood and John McVie guest throughout the record, and needless to say, it’s full of corkers.
